We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience - a relaxing end of our 2 week trip in Egypt. Staff were very nice, welcoming, smiling and service-minded. The house reef was beautiful with lots of coloful fishes. Our room was the best on our trip in Egypt, spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. Food was good, we are vegan and there were plenty of options. Of course youl can find more interesting food elsewhere in Egypt but we were overall very happy.

Heaven! A great place to unwind and relax!

We loved Marsa Alam and we loved Brayka Bay! Across the board the staff is extraordinarily kind, attentive, thoughtful, and warm hearted, from the Front desk to the Diving Shop, the dining room, the bar, the beach staff, housekeeping, even the gardeners. You feel like a treasured guest. The staff is happy and joyful — such a great vibe there. I left my glasses on the beach, when I returned to look for them, and one of the attendants saw me looking and came right over. Told me they had my glasses and went and got them for me. So nice! The dining room staff is also especially helpful, considerate, and super aware of what is happening and what you need. There is a woman who cooks bread over an open fire, so delicious and she was so kind as were the chefs and kitchen staff. Many options of things to do at Brayka Bay. Incredibly relaxing. Our room was fantastic with a lovely view. We were on the second floor, right next to the bay. Also, check out Adventure Safari, they have an office right off the lobby. Diaa is brilliant, incredibly knowledgeable and a fantastic communicator — he knows about Egyptology, geology, archeology, astronomy, a great blend of history and science. He has terrific tours and we were luck enough to do a desert safari with him. We learned soooo much, it gave us great context and a wonderful foundation for the history we learned about Egypt. We loved the stargazing and the visit and dinner with a local family. He also does overnight trips in the desert, snorkeling, and diving trips. We would definitely come back to Brayka Bay Reef Resort! We loved our time there. Also, the massages were great! We had not stayed at an all inclusive before, but it was a fantastic experience! When we arrived it was just before lunch, and the front desk informed us we could go eat and that meals are available from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Every detail seems to have been thought through with the goal of ensuring you have a excellent experience!

Negative: We loved everything! Okay, we did not love the food on German night, but that is more of a personal preference.

Extremely professional diving facilities, reefs and beautiful private beach right in front of hotel. Very good food, different menus every day

Negative: Loud music on the beach with annoying and persistent announcements inviting me to get up and dance

really great trip, excellent hotel for snorkellers and beach lovers with good facilities, everything looked modern and f

we upgraded to a beachfront room and the room was lovely, really comfortable and spacious and amazing view from the terrace. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the beach and snorkelling on the house reef was amazing, such a great location too, we took a trip to Abu dhabab and saw turtles and the reef there was amazing. the spa was also lovely, we had a 2 hour treatment booked and it was so relaxing and great massage. overall a lovely stay and we would come again. food at the al la carte restaurant was good.

Negative: the food at the buffet could be better, it was all pretty average and not a lot of variety across the days. fairly standard for all inclusive though.

Careful with the food.

Very good location huge territory very well entretenu. A lot of flowers and trees. The see reef was probably the best in Marsa Alam. Turtles, fishes and very nice corals. Good diving centre. The personal was attentive and helpful. The massage was excellent good quality for the price. The desert trip on quadricycle was also nice and safely.

Negative: The hot water possible to use only until the 3-4 pm after no hot water, was too difficult for the babies 10 months old. No internet, you should bye SIM card 20-30 euros approximativement. The beauty salon, pedicure was not good quality for the big price, not advice. My daughter 12 years has food poisoning in the end of our holiday, when I ask the room to stay after our check out…( our flight was at 20 pm) we should to pay extra for the room! Even if my daughter was not feeling well and needed the bed for the sleep before the flight. She have serious food poisoning. Be careful with the fresh vegetables, juices, cocktails. Very dangerous. She still ill, however we back 1 week ago she is on the hôpital. Take all possible medicaments anti gastro with you.

Superb

Good location, beautiful reef , well maintained and pretty grounds , hard working and mostly friendly staff ,food could be improved and rooms updated but generally good value for money.

Moustafa at reception helpul , Mr Yehia also ,and kind waiter Roman in restaurant.
